Orlando Real Estate has a lake on it! Some “lakes” are so little that we called them ponds when I was a kid before Disney World Orlando Florida was a reality! Back then most real estate had an orange tree on it.
Lake or pond? No orange trees though!
If it had a group of orange trees then the future Walt Disney World Orlando caused this Orlando real estate to become a million dollar orange grove and (in real estate talk...) the pond became a lake! The best way to find that lake is with an Orlando Florida Map.
Not long afterward there was an interstate hwy and a golf course. And now the former “pond”, not unlike a bunker or a sand trap becomes a “hazard”!
There is really more than golf courses, subdivisions, and apartments to investments in real estate (Orlandowise, that is).
Disney Orlando Fl Real Estate development is now growing at a slower, more reasonable, maybe even sustainable, pace than the early Disney World Orlando years.
