Orlando Family Vacation Auto-Magically Discounted

Orlando family vacation - There is more than Disney magic and Orlando Magic here. What better way have you found? Orlando cheap hotels are different than a discount hotel. Cheap hotel rooms are their regular LOW price! Discounted hotel rooms are usually unsold rooms tonight or some other scheduled/known vacancy rate greater than "normal"!

The family vacation deals are not really that hard to negotiate, although most people do not like negotiations. And I am one that does not like negotiations!
When we discovered the Disney Welcome Center in Ocala, FL, this took the negotiations out of it for me. For the next few years we would get our hotel room from this welcome center in Ocala on the way to Orlando!

I have been negotiating Orlando family vacation since the 1980's, at that time the lowest sated and advertised prices for a Contemporary Resort room was $129.95 the best my memory serves! I do remember that it was over $100.00 per night! We did not have a discount car rental on that trip. We lived close enough to drive ourselves in our own car!

I've walked into the Contemporary Resort near the Magic Kingdom, too tired to go to the car, and without a reservation we have gotten a room for $39.95/night. (May not be able to do that one again - it was before the Internet! Yes, we believe that the Internet RAISED prices at the major, if not most, of the Orlando attractions.

However, as previously stated, I do not like negotiating! I discovered vacation certificates that were usually given away by a business to encourage return visits to that business. We attempted to give these away on Orlandowise.com with limited success so, we discontinued those and then we offered the same deals with a deal of the day company, initially Groupon, and while that is still available here we found these Vouchers from YourBestDeals offered by the Vacation Getaway Destinations, usually!

As far as getting real discounts, planning ahead is the thing to do. The farther ahead and more flexible that you can plan, usually the better the discount!
