CSI Experience Orlando on I-Drive

The CSI Experience Orlando, which opened on Wednesday April 11, 2012, is an interactive exhibit based on the hit T.V. series C.S.I.

Consisting of three different crime scenes, the CSI Experience is located at 7220 International Drive Orlando, Florida 32819 puts you in the shoes of the C.S.I.s that investigate murders for a living.

The case I did was Crime Scene # 3: No Bones About It where skeletal remains are found in the Nevada desert. There are different stations involved in your investigation that the employees at the C.S.I. Experience Orlando guide you to as you finish each step in your investigation.

Following your investigation, you report your findings to C.S.I. supervisor Gil Gresham via computer. He then, upon the correct completion of your report, gives you a C.S.I. Diploma that you can have emailed to you or you can purchase a printed copy at the C.S.I. Experience Orlando gift shop.

The building that houses the CSI Experience Orlando is a huge building that the exhibit is not using to its full potential which may leave room for future expansion (please do not quote me on this).

In my opinion, the C.S.I. was priced a bit high, $20.00 per adult for one case. Florida residents, however, get to save about $3.00 on their tickets with photo I.D. If you return in the same day, you get a second case for an extra $5.00, regardless of what state to reside in. If you come back on a new day, you must pay full price for a new case. Hopefully in the future, the C.S.I. Experience will consider implementing special deals to attract more guests.

Overall, I feel that the C.S.I. Experience Orlando can make some improvements, but is pretty good for where it is at now. May we see some more C.S.I. cases in this experience soon!
